We make every effort to ship out orders the same day that payment is received. Orders received after 3:00 PM Monday thru Friday or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. We will only ship to the Verified PayPal Payment Address. Shipment tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail on the day of shipment.

Warranty

If a product is DOA, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. Buyer's must notify us in advance of returning any product. Please include a copy of the listing when returning item(s).

Condition of Sale

We guarantee that the product listed in the will fit the applications listed within this auction. If you have purchased in error, we will gladly exchange the part for you. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the un-used part and is responsible for shipping charges for the replacement of the correct part.

Return Policy

Please understand that in the automotive parts industry, there is a likelihood that a specific application may have a different part that what is specified by the industry catalog standards. There are some odd-ball instances of OEM's using specific parts that are not the same as what is specified in the catalog. If you receive a part that is incorrect, boxed wrong, or defective, we will gladly exchange the part for you or promptly offer a refund. If you order a part in error, please return the part back to us (at your expense) and we will gladly exchange or offer a refund.
